Abstract

Digital technology has changed large companies' business models, operations, and customer connections. Digital initiatives are complicated and need strategic vision, organizational agility, and knowledge of technology's ability to disrupt and enhance company outcomes. This transition requires leadership. The research explores how major business CEOs address digital transformation issues, uncertainties, and opportunities.
