Abstract

Digital transformation is what companies need to suit operations, fast changing technology, and competitiveness. By integrating digital operations with organizational goals, core competencies, and market realities, a progressive digital transformation strategy helps businesses to manage this challenging route. This document covers foundations, success criteria, and methods of the digital transformation strategy development. Research show that roadmaps for digital transformation have to incorporate corporate vision and purpose, stakeholder participation and cross-functional cooperation, and robust governance to track digital operations. Roadmap development should include technologies ready, digital maturity, and capabilities gap assessments so that transformation strategies complement corporate objectives and resources.
