Enterprise Architecture and Project Management Synergy: Optimizing Post-M&A Integration for Large-Scale Enterprises

Large company post-mergers and acquisition integration projects call for EA and PM integration. This paper suggests that post-M&A integration benefits from EA-PM synergy. M&A integrations are challenging; hence, EA and PM concepts have to be matched to lowered complexity, risk, and efficiency.
Enterprise architecture tries to mix IT infrastructure with business strategy while considering operations, information systems, and technology of a corporation. EA concepts might help to link business divisions with technologies. Knowing present systems exposes integration duplicity and inefficiencies.
