Abstract

Complex legacy system integration challenges may hinder modern insurance's operational efficiency, data integrity, and organizational agility. Effective integration solutions control data flow and functional coherence between historical systems and current digital infrastructure. The whole collection of solutions to integrating insurance systems is provided in this paper.

Technology, operations, and organization legacy system integration are highlighted in the paper. Incoherent data, incompatible systems, and outdated software are technical challenges. Professional data mapping, transformation, and middleware may be needed to overcome technological constraints. Modern operations and procedures are difficult to integrate with rigid archaic system design. Resistance to change, reskilling, and stakeholder expectations are organizational issues.
