Business integration solutions in these two crucial areas are thoroughly examined in this research. Strategies, techniques, and technology boost operational performance, according to the research.

Businesses require enterprise integration for agility, responsiveness, and scalability, which encompasses different system-to-system communication and data flow methods. Despite their different frameworks, insurance and retail use integration improves operations, customer experiences, and innovation.
